1. Independent ELICOS sector
The subclass 570 visa allows you to stay in Australia to study a full-time Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students. However, it’s not easy for Vietnamese students who wish to study overseas to obtain this visa.
Required:
- Students must enroll in the English course for at least 4-6 months
- Demonstration of Financial capacity: Not require.
2. School sector
The subclass 571 visa allows you to stay in Australia to study a full-time school course (including Secondary & High school)
Require:
- Students must enroll in the course at least 16 month
- Do not need IELTS certification
- Financial capacity Demonstration: at least 2 years
3. Vocational Education and Training sector
The subclass 572 visa allows you to stay in Australia to study a full-time vocational education and training course.
Require:
- Students must join in a 2-year course.
- IELTS: 4.5
- Financial capacity Demonstration: at least 2 years
4. Higher education sector
The subclass 572 visa allows you to stay in Australia to study a full-time higher education course.
Require:
- Students who have graduated from high schools
- IELTS: 5.0
- Demonstration of Financial capacity: at least 2 years
5. Postgraduate research sector
The subclass 572 visa allows you to stay in Australia to do postgraduate research.
Require:
- Students who have graduated from Universities
- IELTS: 5.0
- Demonstration of Financial capacity: at least 2 years
The student visa validity:
- If your course ends in December, the student visa will expire on March 15 next year.
- If your course ends in the months of the year, the student visa will expire after one month.
