Mr. Tran is the Founder and Chairman of Globalway. He oversees all management and investment activities at the company.

He has multidisciplinary experience in education, technology, real estate, and diplomacy with more than 15 years of management positions and investment experience in Vietnam, Europe, and North America.
Prior to Globalway, he founded, concurrently serves, as the Chairman of Little Sol Montessori - one of the largest and most recognised chains of international kindergartens in Vietnam.
He is also the former Deputy Director of Hoa Lac High-tech Park Management Board, part of Vietnam Ministry of Science & Technology, that assists Vietnamese start-ups to internationalise.
His extensive network reaches some of the most well-known property developers and legal firms in Canada, the US, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, Australia, and New Zealand.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Hanoi Law University, and two Bachelor’s Degrees one in English Language and the other in Spanish Language and Literature from Hanoi University and Matanzas University respectively.
Mr. Tran currently resides in Toronto, Canada but travels frequently to Vietnam and other parts of the world for business

Ms. Hoang was appointed as Business Development Director for Globalway in 2020.

A passionate learner and a fast-track professional who understands deeply the overseas education sector in Vietnam.
Previously, she was the Regional Director at Yes Study. During her 4 years there, she helped bolster the agency to be one of the top education and immigration service providers in Canada. She was also a Priority Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Vietnam and an Executive Consultant specialising in premier properties and overseas properties at Savills Vietnam.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from RMIT University and a Diploma degree in Business - Marketing from Seneca College.
Ms. Hoang currently resides in Toronto, Canada but often has business visits to Vietnam and other countries.

Ms. Nguyen began her journey with Globalway as Education Consultant Manager.

With 6 years of experience in the education sector in Vietnam, Ms. Nguyen has maintained an impressive professional track record. Prior to Globalway, she has a 4-year tenure with IDP beginning as a Team Leader in Northern Vietnam, then a Counsellor specialised in the US and Canada markets. During her time there, she consistently out-performed set KPIs individually and collaboratively. She also had a 2-year term at KinderWorld Education Group, successfully leading marketing activities for the Ha Long campus opening.
With an “I do what I say” motto, Ms. Nguyen is determined to make Globalway the most established ecosystem of Overseas Education - Investment - Immigration services in Vietnam.
Ms. Nguyen lives in Hanoi and often travels to North America for business. She studied Bachelor of Business Administration, with scholarship, at Foreign Trade University Hanoi.

Mr. Ramanathan V.

Board Member and Advisor

Ramanathan is an important member of our Board. He brings a wealth of business knowledge and provides advice on business strategies and management activities.
With an engineering background and Master of Business Administration (MBA), he has worked in some of the biggest corporations in the world. Currently, as a business leader in an MNC Fortune 100 company, he manages a multi-million dollar business in a region.
He holds an MBA from California State University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Annamalai University.

Ms. Linh Le

Media Advisor

As the Media Advisor, Ms. Le has been instrumental in setting up and guiding the Globalway Multimedia team from scripting, editing, interviewing to filming and production.
She has more than 5 years working as News Presenter and Editor for Nhan Dan TV. As an entrepreneur, she has managed several successful businesses in Vietnam, thus equipped with a sound knowledge of the local market and customers.
With an extensive media and business network, she offers valuable advice to increase Globalway’s brand awareness.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She currently lives in Hanoi and Singapore, and often travels to learn about new countries and people
